Donna is made by Akralis Design Studios LLC. If something isn't working, or you have a question, this page tells you how to reach us and what to expect.

Email support@donna-app.com. Write from the email address on your Donna account if your question is about your data or subscription, so we can find it.

We read every message and reply within two business days. Include what you expected to happen and what happened instead; a screenshot helps.

Signing in

Donna has no passwords. Sign in with Apple, Google, or your email address. Email sign-in sends a one-time code to your inbox; if it doesn't arrive within a minute, check your spam folder and make sure the address is typed correctly.

Donna Pro and your subscription

Donna Pro is a subscription billed through your Apple Account. Every new account gets 14 days free, no card required, before anything is charged.

• Manage or cancel from your Apple subscriptions, or from Donna's Settings → Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
• Restore a purchase on a new device from Donna's Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Permissions Donna asks for

• Microphone and speech recognition — only so you can brain dump by voice. You can always type instead.
• Calendar — optional. Donna checks when you're free so it only nudges you between meetings. Event details stay on your phone.
• Notifications — optional. For your one thing and check-ins. Turn them off any time in Settings.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app: Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate. Your brain dumps, commitments, history, memory, and account are removed, and any Sign in with Apple or Google connection is revoked.

If you can no longer sign in, email support@donna-app.com from your account email and we will delete it for you.

How Donna handles your data is in the Privacy Policy. Use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
